Find a Court lists a district court in all 23 counties and circuit courts in those counties, organized in nine judicial districts. FAQ: district PASS is at the clerk of district court; circuit PASS is at the circuit clerk. Two circuit locations are listed for Fremont (Lander and Riverton), Lincoln (Afton and Kemmerer), and Park (Cody and Powell).

Primary bond explanation. The circuit courts page links the current schedule, revised September 22, 2026, as Appendix I to Rule 3.1. The Wyoming Supreme Court established it for circuit-court misdemeanors where bond may be posted and forfeited. Anything not listed is a must-appear. If the citation says bond may be forfeited instead of appearing, the person may appear or post that bond by the court date. Unless a specific amount is printed for the offense, the schedule's default categories, which include $20 court costs, a $40 court automation fee, and a $10 civil legal services fee, are $85, $100, $150, $250, and $450. The same circuit page says circuit courts may set bail and may hold felony preliminary hearings. Those case-specific bail decisions are not the misdemeanor forfeiture schedule and are not predicted here. Find a Court is the clerk contact. The payment-app warning is supplemental.
