The Unified Judicial System says eCourts shows a summary of public cases by party name or case number and that registration is free. The cases page says record tools are for adult matters and that juvenile cases are confidential. The eCourts page says the public-access solution provides summary information and then says that public-access solution does not include viewing or purchasing document images. It points the public to courthouse workstations for documents. A fee schedule on the same page is not labeled with a user role. The search form is behind registration and was not opened. Seven judicial circuits exist; county-to-circuit membership was not stored.
- Juvenile cases are confidential and are not in these public record tools.
- Not Public Access Record Search. PARS is a separate paid criminal and protection-order summary.
- Not a criminal-history rap sheet.
- The public-access solution, as that page describes it, does not include viewing or purchasing document images.
