The judiciary home page labels this URL "Public Portal – Where to find a case." The case-information page says the portal shows a register of actions or docket: parties, events, filings, and other activities in chronological order. Courthouse terminals in the Supreme, Superior, Family, District, and Workers' Compensation Courts and the Traffic Tribunal are described as showing public electronic case information, excluding sealed cases and confidential case types in the Public Access Rules (revised September 2023). Remotely, the public, self-represented litigants, and parties are limited to the register of actions or docket and shall not have remote access to other electronic case information. The same URL is the Supreme Court "Case Docket Search." This is one portal. An attorney and agency sign-in on odysseyidentityprovider.tylerhost.net points at the same host and was not opened. Public Access Rules list non-public case types including juvenile, child custody, adoption, termination of parental rights, mental-health certification, paternity, sealed acquittals, expunged cases, and some protection orders when a juvenile is a party. This is not a criminal-history file, not a warrant list, and not e-filing.
