The OECI login page says it is the official register for all Oregon circuit courts and the Tax Court. It says appellate records use the Appellate Case Management System. The OJCIN page links this login and says OJCIN is a paid subscription that can search civil, small claims, tax, domestic, and criminal cases, including misdemeanors and felonies, and that some cases are confidential. The search form behind login was not opened.

DOC's offender-search page points to VISOR. The VISOR page that was opened says the search is for individuals in custody or under supervision and that notifications can be requested with or without an account. The person in custody is not told about a registration. The Offline Jails heading was present and had no facility names in it. An empty heading does not establish which jails participate or which are offline. VISOR says the information is not an official record. This is not a county-jail roster.

The Department of Corrections visiting pages are for adults in custody at DOC institutions. Visitors apply and, if approved, are added to that person's visiting list. The guidelines page says visitors age 15 and older must bring a valid government-issued ID. The visiting home page says an in-person visit requires the visitor to be on the approved list, and special housing has extra restrictions. These pages do not state county jail visiting rules.

The Legislature's chapter 135 compilation includes the text of ORS 135.245. Except as provided in ORS 135.240, a person in custody has the right to be taken before a magistrate without undue delay. The magistrate makes a release decision at arraignment or first appearance unless good cause is shown. If the decision is postponed, the hearing must be within 48 hours of that appearance unless the parties agree or the court finds good cause, and not more than five days unless the defendant consents. The magistrate imposes the least onerous condition reasonably likely to assure safety and later appearance. Release is on personal recognizance unless the criteria show that is unwarranted or the true-name rule applies. Conditional release under ORS 135.260 comes before security release under ORS 135.265. Security release, when reached, uses a deposit of 10 percent of the security amount and not less than $25. ORS 135.240 denies release for murder, aggravated murder, or treason when the proof is evident or the presumption strong. The section history line ends with 2021 c.643 §5. A contents note titled Pretrial release study--2025 c.61 was not read as an amendment of this text. This is not a dollar amount for a particular person.
