One statewide docket form at Search.aspx. On 2026-10-01 the County or Court select named db contained 80 option labels: All Oklahoma Courts*, 77 county district courts, Creek (Bristow) District Court, and Appellate Courts. All Oklahoma Courts is one choice on that form. It is not proof that every municipal, tribal, or federal case is included. The OSCN courts page says the Oklahoma Court System is made up of the Supreme Court, the Court of Criminal Appeals, the Court of Civil Appeals, and 77 District Courts. A 2016 OSCN news item says case search then covered district court searches statewide and the appellate courts, and that the search is a free service by case number, name, date of birth, and other identifiers, with document availability varying by district court. The fetched search page shows Last Name, First Name, and Middle Name fields. No name was submitted. Creek (Bristow) is a second court location for Creek County, not an extra county. Appellate Courts is recorded as its own resource on this same URL.

    • The traffic-citation section says: Search by the citation number that appears on the ticket. This does not search for municipal citations.
    • The County or Court menu does not list a municipal court. That is not a sentence that every municipal case is absent from name or case-number search.
    • Tribal courts and United States district courts are not choices on the County or Court menu.
    • All Oklahoma Courts* has no legend on the fetched page.

The ODOC visitation page is state custody guidance. It says all visits must be scheduled and no walk-ins will be accepted, and that schedule requests must be received by Wednesday at 1 p.m. unless facility administration authorizes a later change. It says to call the Visitation Unit at 405-768-3269 to schedule visits or to ask questions. The page also links a standard visitation policy, a visitor application, additional rules, and approved attire. It does not say this process applies to county jails. It does not say a particular person may have visitors.

The ODOC send-money page is state custody guidance for deposits to an inmate trust fund. It says JPay is the only acceptable way to send money to an inmate and names Cash App and Venmo as apps not to use. It says to use the inmate's ODOC number. Online, phone, and mail-to-JPay paths are described, including phone 800-574-5729 and a mailed money order payable to JPay. A fee table on the page lists the same online and phone fees for $0.01-$20.00 at $2.95, $20.01-$100.00 at $6.95, $100.01-$200.00 at $7.95, and $200.01-$300.00 at $9.95. On the offender-info page, ODOC says Title 22 Oklahoma Statutes Section 991A authorizes the court to suspend execution of a sentence in whole or in part, with or without probation, and that offenders who receive suspended sentences with probation are supervised by ODOC for the period in the Judgment and Sentence. The same page describes a suspended sentence as a conviction with incarceration suspended so the person can remain supervised in the community, and a deferred sentence as a sentencing date deferred to a set time not to exceed five years, with supervised probation and conditions issued by the court. This is a description of state supervision. It is not a statement that a named person is on probation, and it is not a county jail or prison locator. The statute section itself was not opened.

OSCN publishes Title 22, Chapter 19, Bail. Section 1101, cite as 22 O.S. § 1101 (OSCN 2026), says bail by sufficient sureties shall be admitted upon all arrests in criminal cases where the offense is not punishable by death, except as otherwise provided by law, and lists who may take bail. Subsection B says an escaped Department of Corrections prisoner must be processed back into the Department before bail is set on new charges. Subsection C says all persons shall be bailable by sufficient sureties, except that bail may be denied for capital offenses when the proof of guilt is evident or the presumption great; violent offenses; offenses where the maximum sentence may be life imprisonment or life without parole; felony offenses after two or more felony convictions arising out of different transactions; specified controlled-substance offenses; and a stated driving-under-the-influence repeat felony. For paragraphs 2 through 6, the proof must be evident or the presumption great, and no condition of release would assure the safety of the community or any person. Later subsections state rebuttable presumptions and domestic-abuse findings. OSCN history shows an amendment by Laws 2025, SB 981, c. 169, § 1, eff. November 1, 2025. Section 1105, CiteID 438671, is the release-order and factors statute, with an amendment by Laws 2025, HB 1222, c. 172, § 1, eff. November 1, 2025. It includes limits on release by police or sheriff for specified protective-order, domestic-abuse, drug, and repeat impaired-driving arrests. Section 1101.1, CiteID 380177, is narrower: for arrests for 21 O.S. §§ 1028, 1029, 1030, or 1081, bail shall be not less than $15,000 and personal recognizance shall not be admitted. Its history is Laws 2002, emerg. eff. April 19, 2002. These are statute texts, not a prediction and not a strategy. Section 1105.2 is a separate held item because OSCN shows two versions.
