One statewide Portal. The eCourts page says all 100 counties use Enterprise Justice (Odyssey) as of October 13, 2025. The Portal home links Smart Search for court records and case information. A September 1, 2026 Portal FAQ says legacy case data were converted and that sealed and confidential cases are never shown. This is not a certified criminal-history check. Counties are filters on one portal, not separate search systems.

The unsecured bond in (a)(2) is a different option: the FAQ says it promises an amount owed if the person does not appear, without paying that amount in advance. The written-promise claim is held. The other conditions that the statute and the FAQ both describe are not held.
