Adult Prison Division information is updated nightly. Probation and parole information is updated in real time, and the page says to allow 24 hours for adult-prison information. It says to contact the probation and parole office or the institution to verify location or legal status because people move. Central Office, Constituent Services, and the Records Bureau will not give inmate-release updates. The page says NMCD does not have jurisdiction over county or city detention facilities. No search box was visible in the fetched text, so the form was not observed. No name or number was submitted.

The Supreme Court PDF labeled Rule 5-401, with file path dated October 2025 and header RCR No. S-1-RCR-2025-00150, says an eligible defendant is released pending trial on personal recognizance or an unsecured appearance bond. The court imposes the least restrictive conditions that will reasonably ensure appearance and the safety of another person or the community. A secured appearance bond requires written findings of particularized reasons. The PDF still contains amendment brackets, and its amendment history line ends with Supreme Court Order No. S-1-RCR-2024-00068, effective for cases pending or filed on or after May 8, 2024. Because of those brackets, this package does not treat a number of days in that PDF as settled. The PDF says corresponding rules are Rule 6-401 for magistrate courts, Rule 7-401 for metropolitan court, and Rule 8-401 for municipal courts.
