New Hampshire directory

New Hampshire official directory

We'll help you find the correct official place in New Hampshire. You do not need to understand court terminology. A missing search does not mean there is no case or that someone is not in jail.

New Hampshire coverage is limited. Recorded directory links and guidance appear when supported. A missing search button does not mean there is no case or that someone is not in jail. CaseGo has not searched a person’s record.

Login required · Record-checks page says searches on case information prior to 1992 may take additional time for the paid records check, not as a tested LUCIE limit. · Search form behind the account wall was not seen. ·…

One portal. The August 26, 2026 launch release says LUCIE at launch covered non-confidential electronically filed Circuit Court civil, small claims, name change, and estate cases, and Superior Court civil and criminal cases, and that a public account is required to search. The later record-checks page, which notes electronic requests received September 23, 2026 were sent September 30, 2026, narrows Superior remote access to non-domestic-violence criminal and civil cases and repeats the same Circuit list. Circuit Court criminal cases are not in either opened list, so remote Circuit criminal search is not established. The record-checks page says not to use LUCIE for background checks. The home URL redirected to the login page. Version on that page was 4.0.0. No account was created and no search was submitted.

    • Circuit Court criminal remote search is not established.
    • Domestic-violence Superior cases are outside the record-checks sentence.
    • Confidential cases are outside the stated scope.
    • Not a criminal-history check.

Further information needs a release signed by the resident, according to the FAQ. · County jails are not in this locator.

    Source details

The FAQ says publicly releasable information is on the resident locator and that a person in a county facility will not appear because DOC does not have jurisdiction over county jails. The locator page says its information comes from the Offender Records Office and that if the name is listed the person is currently incarcerated. It also says some sentences may lack original minimum or maximum dates. The fetched locator page displayed last-name and first-name fields and the line No Inmates match your entries before any search was typed. That line is the page's empty state, not a search result. No name was submitted. Court facts still come from the sentencing court, which the locator page tells the reader to contact.

    • County jails are not in this locator.
    • Not a court case search.
    • Parole records are listed as not released on the FAQ.
    • The empty-state line is not a no-record finding.

The Department of Corrections FAQ tells readers to go to www.nhcounties.org for more information on the counties. That site identifies itself as the New Hampshire Association of Counties, a statewide association of county officials, not a state agency and not a jail roster. The about page says it represents county government in the ten counties and that a map directs readers to a county homepage. The resources page lists training, auctions, and reports. It does not list jails, visiting rules, or a person search. Ten county homepage links were present. Those homepages were not opened. This is an official referral to an association, not a verified facility contact.

RSA 597:2, as opened, is release of a defendant pending trial.

Paragraph XIII-a effective January 1, 2027. · Each county may set indigency criteria for electronic-monitoring repayment. · Not a bond schedule.

    Open guidance page
    Source details

RSA 597:2, as opened, is release of a defendant pending trial. The court orders personal recognizance, an unsecured appearance bond, or cash or corporate surety bail unless it finds probable cause that release will not reasonably assure appearance or will endanger the person or the community. A financial condition that results in detention solely because of that financial condition is restricted and requires a probable-cause finding that no reasonable alternative will assure appearance and compliance. Qualifying offenses listed in the section are detained pending arraignment and are not brought before a bail commissioner. Some protective-order charges can be detained without bail. Paragraph XIII-a is marked effective January 1, 2027, and is not in effect on October 1, 2026. The source line includes amendments through 2026. This does not predict an outcome. County indigency criteria for electronic-monitoring repayment may differ under paragraph XV.

    • Not a bond schedule.
    • Not a prediction of release.
    • Paragraph XIII-a is future text on this date.
    • A user-reported amount is not the court order.
