Source details
One paid one-time search for trial-court cases in Nebraska county and district courts. The judicial branch says each of the 93 counties has one county court and one district court. The search page names criminal, civil, traffic, juvenile, and probate cases, caps results at 30, and keeps results for three calendar days. County names were not copied into separate records. Separate juvenile courts and the Workers' Compensation Court are not named on this search page.
- Not a criminal-history check. The records-search policy describes court case information, not a State Patrol rap sheet.
- The one-time page does not name the separate juvenile courts in Douglas, Lancaster, and Sarpy Counties. Those courts are not marked covered.
- The statewide Workers' Compensation Court is a different court and is not named on this search page.
- Appellate cases use SCCALES, not this one-time name search.
