Statewide Odyssey public case search. The public-records page labels mycase.in.gov as trial and appellate court cases. The search page says it searches non-confidential cases in courts that use Odyssey. The official court list names appellate courts and trial-court identifiers for all 92 counties, plus many city and town courts, each with a go-live date. Help text says this is most courts, not a complete criminal history, and that how far back records go varies by county. City and town courts are not the same thing as counties.

The IDOC facilities page titles this the Incarcerated Locator and links the search. The courts public-records page labels the same path DOC offender locator, separate from its county-jail link. The form searches by incarcerated name or DOC number. Fetched IDOC pages do not say whether county jails or people on parole are included. The facilities index lists adult correctional facilities, juvenile correctional facilities, and parole districts, and it says to use the locator to find facility location and DOC number. That is not an explicit county-jail exclusion.

The rendered page titles itself The Indiana County Jail Public Portal. The county selector observed on 2026-09-30 listed Brown, Carroll, Clark, Elkhart, Fountain, Grant, Hendricks, Jennings, Martin, Pike, Putnam, St. Joseph, Spencer, Warren, and White. Marion County was not in that selector. Counties absent from the selector were not given a written not-offered statement on the pages read. This is not the IDOC prison locator.

The MyCase help page links the Indiana Rules on Access to Court Records. The rules index says adopted effective January 1, 2020, and updated effective July 1, 2026. Rule 5 excludes some entire cases and some individual records from public access. Rule 5(A)(5) covers entire cases that exclusively pertain to investigative requests unrelated to a pending criminal proceeding, including search warrants. Rule 5(E)(1) temporarily excludes an entire criminal case when exclusion is requested together with an arrest warrant. That exclusion is conditional and can end at arrest. It is not a statement that arrest-warrant information is never in a public case search.
