It says the data comes from the Judicial Department database for county and district courts, is not the official record, and does not represent all cases. Denver County Court inclusion is not stated on the access guide. The CoCourts homepage says Denver County is an optional add-on. That sentence is a vendor claim.

The CDOC contact page, not this form, says people serving a sentence in a county jail, federal prison, or community corrections facility will not appear. No search was submitted.

The 2025 annual report says Colorado has 23 judicial districts encompassing all 64 counties. County pages were not opened one by one.

The Judicial Branch self-help page, read on 2026-10-01, says the judge determines the type of bond that may be posted and that some listed types may not be available for every defendant. It names cash bond, personal recognizance bond, professional surety bond, and property bond. It says a property bond uses Colorado real estate and unencumbered equity of 1.5 times the bond. Those sentences explain labels. They do not say who is eligible or what a court must require. Colorado Revised Statutes 2024, an uncertified printout, contains section 16-4-104 titled Types of bond set by the court. That printout is not treated as proof of current law. The 2025 Title 16 PDF path returned HTTP 404. The legislature bill-search HTML did not show a 16-4-104 amendment. No post-2024 official compilation was read.
