Public case information and Administrative Order 8 statistical reporting are different claims. The CourtConnect retirement page says Search ARCourts is a portal to public case information for courts using the Contexte case-management system, and that a person can look up public information with a name or a case number. The same page says all circuit courts provide case statistical information through Search ARCourts as required by Administrative Order 8. That sentence is statistical participation. It is not a finding that every circuit county has public criminal-case search or public documents. The page separately says most circuit courts offer additional information through Contexte, and some district courts provide case information. It does not name those courts and does not say every district court is included. Described public case information includes parties, the judge, filings, charges and dispositions, future events, and judgments, with document links for some public records. Administrative Order 19 information is not on the internet. County rows in the clerk directory are directory labels, not verified portal coverage. No county was individually searched.
- Not every district court is stated to be included
- Administrative Order 19 information is not available on the Internet
- Documents are linked only for some public court records
- Not a criminal-history report, warrant search, or jail roster
